Privacy Policy
A deposit of 30% is taken at the time of booking on all appointments. Deposits are non refundable however they can be transferred to another date / time when rescheduling your appointment with a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice. If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours this booking will be cancelled and a new booking will have to be created resulting in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit required.

CONFIRMATION TEXTS / MESSAGES
As a courtesy, we may text / email you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

In order to offer clients the best possible service, ensure the treatments are safe and appropriate and ultimately deliver the best results from each treatment it is important to gather and record specific medical and lifestyle information about each client prior to treatment. Consent will be sought to complete a Medical and lifestyle consultation prior to treatment for every new client. This information will be confidential and will be held securely in a locked filing cabinet.
The information on each client will be held for 3 years from the last appointment date. This is in line with requirements stipulated by the FHT Insurance that is held. After the 3 years has elapsed the information will be destroyed by shredding and any electronic data such as phone numbers and email addresses will be deleted. If a client requires access to this information then it will be supplied to them within 1 month of the request and all information will be supplied free of charge. If a client feels their personal information is not being held or used correctly they are within their right to complain to the ICO.
Returns Policy

Digital items: As these are instant downloads, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once purchased. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

Printed items: Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

All other items: Returns or exchanges are only available if the product is defective. If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
