You will first complete a detailed consultation, this ensures that your treatment is tailored to your specific needs. Aromatherapists use over 50 essential oils, each having different therapeutic properties. A blend of 3 essential oils will then be chosen by you with expert guidance from your aromatherapist to ensure they contain therapeutic properties that are suited to your individual needs. A full Aromatherapy massage will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes with a back massage lasting 45 minutes. The massage will require you to remove most of your clothes but your modesty will be protected at all times. Your therapist will apply the oil blend to the skin and use a slow pressure point massage techniques to enable the oils to penetrate the skin deep into the blood stream. This will be at a pressure that is suited to you. After your treatment your therapist will give you privacy to re-dress then advise you on aftercare whilst giving you a drink of water. A course of up to 6 treatments may be recommended dependant upon what needs your are looking to address
